Coconut milk, onion, water, ginger, salt, bird chilli, lemon grass, modified tapioca starch, garlic, tumeric, sugar, tamarind, yeast extract, citric acid, maltodextrin, oleoresin chilli and lactose.
Creamy Coconut Sauce
1. Add 300g diced chicken and 1 pack of Brahim's Creamy Coconut Sauce to 300ml (1 1/4 cups) water.
2. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Piping hot large servings.
