A spicy aromatic ready-to-cook curry sauce for choices of meats with coconut milk, chilli, coriander and spices.
Onion, coconut milk, water, palm oil, salt, chilli, coriander, sugar, ginger, garlic, turmeric, modified tapioca starch, cumin, fennel, curry leaves, star anise, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and cardamom.
Meat Curry Sauce
1. Add 300g diced chicken or beef and 1 pack of Brahim's Meat Curry Sauce to 300ml (1 1/4 cups) water.
2. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. To enhance flavour, add 100g vegetables, e.g potatoes and carrots. Piping hot large servings.
