A favourite hot and spicy ready-to-cook Malaysian sauce with chilli, tomato paste and lemongrass. Traditionally cooked with choices of seafoods. Ingredients : Onion, garlic, water, tomato paste, palm oil, sugar, salt, chilli, modified tapioca starch, lemon grass, tamarind, yeast extract, maltodextrin and lactose.
Sambal Tumis Sauce
1. Add 1 pack of Brahim's Sambal Tumis Sauce with 300g prawns or squids and 80ml (1/3 cup) water.
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 8 minutes or until seafood is cooked. Piping hot large servings.
