A hot and tangy ready-to-cook sauce with tamarind, ginger flower & Polygonum leaves. Usually cooked with fish. Ingredients : Water, onion, palm oil, tamarind, chilli, salt, ginger flower, polygonum leaves, lemon grass, ginger, sugar, modified tapioca starch,turmeric, garlic, shrimp paste, yeast extract, maltodextrin and lactose.
Spicy Tamarind Sauce
1. Combine 1 pack of Brahim's Spicy Tamarind Sauce with 300g fish and simmer for 2 minutes.
2. Add 250ml (1 cup) water. Stir gently until fish is cooked through.
3. To enhance flavour, add your choice of pre boiled vegetables. Piping hot large servings.
