A spicy ready-to-cook sauce to cook with choices of meats with coconut milk, tomato paste and ginger.
Water, onion palm oil, coconut milk, tomato paste, ginger, salt, garlic, lemon grass, sugar, tamarind, modified tapioca starch, chilli, galangal, yeast extract, maltodextrin, chilli flakes and lactose.
Spicy Tomato Sauce
1. Heat 10ml oil in a pan and add in 300g diced chicken or beef to fry. Add Brahim's Spicy Tomato Sauce with 120ml (1/2cup) water.
2. Cook and stir on medium heat for 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
3. Garnish with quartered tomatoes. Piping hot large servings.
