A different taste of sauce for those who prefer less spicy curry. Suitable to use with all kind of meats, especially mutton, and traditionally served with rice, garnished with cubed potato, added cashew nuts or peanuts.
Water, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, creamer, onion, garlic, modified tapioca starch, yeast extract, tamarind, chilli, coriander, lemongrass, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, cumin and black pepper.
Thai Masaman Curry Sauce
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add 350g of beef/chicken of your choice (cut into small pieces) and sauté over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add Brahim's Thai Masaman Curry Sauce and let it cook. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered or low to moderate heat for 8 minutes, stir occasionally. Piping hot large servings.
